O.K. Day 2

So I'm on day two of "blogging" and I must say, it took me about 10 minutes just to find a way to get to a different subject format.

Last night I made it two nights in a row without eating before bed, I think I'm going to concentrate on that alot more. I have a very bad habit of doing that. I could eat watching tv then right before bed have something again. Let me rephrase that. I made it two nights without having anything to eat after supper but I am going to concentrate more on the no meal before bed.

I found myself yesterday not completing my meals I do have to concentrate more on eating slowly its just that by the time I'm on bite 3 its already swallowed.... I remember my Aunt telling me when I was a child that proper etiquette was 42 chews... are you kidding me, why don't I just start chewing now with no food maybe I can psyche myself out into thinking that I'm actually eating.

Anyhoo. Congrats to my Bible Study buddy Dianna for her weightloss and Yes, Leah I probably am going to the big bash on Friday night. We, bible study buddies can partake in a smidgen of birthday cake together.

Ehhhhh! I'm not to big on cake. Unless its ice cream cake with cookie crumbs, strawberries, and a hard chocolate shell drizzled over the top! UMMMMMM!

Good job on the progress so far. I don't seem to be making much. I'm hoping that after classes end on Monday, I will be able to focus more on starting new habits.

You're so funny. I like your comment about starting to chew now, before you start eating. haha. I have started a few "tricks" that have helped me slow down while eating, but counting my chews is something I refuse to do. Food is supposed to be enjoyable, not work!!! Love ya, Dianna
